Terri Buchanan, Manager of Operations, oversees internal operations, coordinates business procedures, and manages key administrative processes. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan. Following her experience as a first-grade teacher and a career break to raise her children, Terri joined Provident in 2011.
